Assessors Award and or the RMA

If you chose to do the assessors award and or the RMA you really need to meet certain criteria. Most good centres should assess candidates suitability for NVQ awards. With assessors you need to be occupationally competent (i.e. have an NVQ in care) and also relevant experience in the field. To do RMA you need to be in a role such as deputy or manager post to do it. Otherwise you will find it hard to collect the evidence required, In relation to your diploma, you could use it
