This should be proved by either a certificate of attendance or by records signed by the tutor or an authorised person at work but not necessarily from an awarding institution. The answer simply is to make sure you are enrolled in an NVQ Center in your chosen field of assessment. You will then need to Assess two candidates to enable you to complete your A1 nvq award qualification. Try contacting your local college in the first instance as they may be able to help you out. Assessors Award and or the RMA
If you chose to do the assessors award and or the RMA you really need to meet certain criteria. Most good centres should assess candidates suitability for NVQ awards. With assessors you need to be occupationally competent (i.e. have an NVQ in care) and also relevant experience in the field.
