If you look around you will find materials on witness testimony reflective account and the like but concerning the question above... how to make or write a good witness testimony

A witness testimony should be like a direct observation. It should be an account of what was seen and heard.

I ask witnesses to read the criteria and write their account to fit if they can. For example saying "He was nice to Mr Y" doesn't cover anything but "She spoke clearly, listened to and respected Mr Y's
